Why GoLetsGo
Fancy a board game night, a film or an exhibition, but your friends are busy? GoLetsGo solves the “nobody to go with” problem. People create meetups themselves, and cafes, bars, clubs, studios and museums publish their events. It's all on a map near you, in any city in the world.
Map and feed
The main screen is a Google map: your meetups are marked in light blue, other people's in orange. Next to it is the feed: it shows meetups near you and automatically widens the search when there are only a few nearby.
Meetups fall into 12 categories: cafes and bars, walks and hiking, board games, cinema and theatre, sport and fitness, exhibitions and museums, conversation club, creativity, volunteering, meetups with pets and with kids, plus “something else”. Pick a category and a date — today or any day you like.
How to meet up
- Found a meetup you like? Tap “I'm interested”. The organiser gets a chat message right away.
- Nothing suitable? Create your own in a minute: a place on the map, a time and a few words about the meetup. It shows up for people nearby right away.
- Sort it out in chat: swipe to reply to a specific message, send photos, edit what you've sent. Had a good time? Add the person as a friend. You can find people you know by their username.
Two hours before the start, everyone taking part gets a reminder. Which other notifications you receive is up to you.
For venues
If you run a cafe, bar, club, studio or museum, GoLetsGo helps new guests find you. Tell people about a concert, a quiz, a workshop, a discount or a giveaway, or call for players to join a team — your post appears on the map and in the feed for people nearby right away. Guests can follow your venue and be the first to hear about your events. Publishing events is free, and so are two branches — your main one and one more.
Safety
GoLetsGo is for adults (18+): people meet in person, and some venues are bars. It's made for friendly meetups and shared hobbies — no dating features. There are reports, user blocking and moderation, including automatic photo checks. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
What's free and what's paid
Everything that matters in GoLetsGo is free: browsing the map and the feed, creating meetups, responding, chatting and publishing venue events. For those who want more, there are subscriptions:
- Subscription for people (not on sale yet) — no ads, your own filter for venue offers on the map (or hide them completely), and viewing profiles and photo albums without adding people as friends. Until 1 July 2027 these features are free for everyone. Ads stay; you can get a day without ads by watching one video in the Android app.
- “Partner” subscription for venues — so people notice you right away: a trust badge, highlighted cards in the feed, a distinct marker on the map and statistics on views, responses and followers for every post.
- Additional branches — a one-time purchase, no subscription.
