People look for an apartment or a plot not only in their own city, but also to move or invest in another country. GoLetsHome brings property for sale from all over the world together on one map. You contact the seller only through the chat, so your phone number never ends up in spammers' lists.
What you can find
Resale apartments, new builds from developers, homes under construction, houses and cottages, building land, farmland, commercial property (offices, shops, warehouses), and garages and parking spaces. Each type has its own pin colour, so you know what it is before you open the listing.
How to search
Move the map to any city — listings appear right away. Filter them by type, price, number of rooms and area. Prices are shown in euros or US dollars, always with the other currency at the daily rate, and sellers can add a note — for example, the price in the local currency.
A listing shows photos, floor, year built, condition (from “newly renovated” to shell and core), heating, energy class (one scale for different countries — from A++++ to H) and amenities: balcony, terrace, garden, pool, lift, parking, air conditioning and more. On goletshome.app you can view listings without the app and share them with a link.
How to sell
Photos, price, details and a pin on the map — your listing appears on the map and in the feed for buyers from all over the world right away. Your privacy is protected: before publishing, we automatically strip hidden metadata from your photos, including location tags. Free for private sellers: up to 3 active listings at a time and up to 100 photos in albums.
Contact and safety
The website never shows the seller's phone number or name — buyers message them in the app's chat. That's also where you arrange viewings and swap photos. The main safety rule of GoLetsHome: never send money in advance, before a viewing and a check of the documents. You can report a suspicious listing right from the listing itself.
For agencies, realtors and developers
Professionals need more than three listings, so there's a “GoLetsHome Partner” subscription for them:
- 30 active listings per package; need more — add a package for another 30;
- 600 album photos per package;
- an agency profile: name, description, office addresses;
- a “GoLetsHome Partner” badge and a special pin on the map — your listings stand out right away.
Buyers find an agency by its username and save it to “Saved agents”, so they can open all its listings with one tap later. The “GoLetsHome Partner” subscription for professionals is coming soon.
